How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on the weight and final delivery location of your order.
On average, 1 kimono shipping within the USA will be $13.00 - $16.00. Each additional kimono will add approx. $3.00 - $6.00.
On average, 1 kimono shipping internationally will be $25.00 - $40.00. Each additional kimono will add approx. $10.00 - $15.00.
When will my order ship?
We do not offer same day shipping. Orders are processed for shipment within 1-3 business days after an order is placed (Excludes Pre-sale/Pre-order items). Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time stated above. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next business day.
*** NOTE: Processing time applies to merchandise that is readily available. Kimonos and special releases are EXCLUDED from processing time mentioned above. Kimonos and special releases will ship within the estimated time-frame given in the details of the product description. Please allow up to 7 business days for apparel to ship.

What shipping options do you offer?
We work USPS, FEDEX & UPS to find the most cost effective method for shipping. All orders are shipped WITHOUT a signature required, which means, your shipping carrier of choice will deliver the package to your doorstep, whether or not you are present for the delivery.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us at email@example.com. Please reference your order number.
How can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size, shipping address, etc.
Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?
Due to prevent processing delays, we unfortunately cannot combine multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
What happens if I did not receive my order?
If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for all refused and undeliverable packages, as well as, packages sent to an incorrect address.
What happens if I did not receive my complete order or my order is damaged?
If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in. You will be required to fill out a claim form and possibly provide photos, so we can investigate further.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you must cancel on or before the stated deadline. Because pre-order items are made-to-order items, any cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the purchase price.
