Welcome to Vanguard Kimonos Return Policy. We always hope that our customers are satisfied with their original purchase, but in the case that you are not 100% pleased with the product or service rendered, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
*All returns are subject to a $10.00 USD restocking fee and are at the discretion of Vanguard Kimonos.

When requesting a return, customers are required to provide the following information:

Any product returned for reasons of damage, manufacturer’s defect or incorrect item received, customers will receive a pre-paid shipping label and all restocking fees will be waived.
Any product returned for any other reason, customers would be responsible for paying the cost for return shipping fee.
All approved requests for return must be shipped to the following address (below) and include the RMA number provided with your approved request clearly, legibly and securely fastened to the outside of your return package.

Any returns received without following the stated Return Policy will be rejected and returned to sender, and no refund will be issued. This includes no RMA# on the outside of the return packaging.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive an item and are unhappy with it for any reason and wish to “exchange” it, you must place an entirely new order for the desired item in your desired size. After your request for an RMA Number has been approved and issued, and the returned product has been received, inspected and restocked, customers can expect to receive a full refund on the unwanted item within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be applied in the original form of payment and can take up to 10 days to post to your account.
All Vanguard Kimonos products carry a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. The 30-day guarantee period starts from the date the client purchased the product. If you experience an issue within this time period please contact us via email at email@example.com. Any requests for return due to defects outside this time period will be denied.
Vanguard Kimonos reserves the right to deny a return request on product that shows any sign of damage not resulting from manufacturing defect. This applies to accidental, malicious or other use related damage. Examples of this include, but are not limited to:
